San Antonio-based AHV Communities is expanding the number of single-family homes available for rent in McKinney.
AHV Communities announced July 6 that it plans to develop a luxury single-family rental home community in McKinney with 157 units. The company has purchased a 38-acre site and plans to break ground on the community in early 2023.
“The AHV Communities team is thrilled to bring one of our luxury communities of true single-family detached homes to the Dallas metro region,” said Mark Wolf, co-founder and CEO of AHV Communities, in a news release.
The yet-to-be-named single-family rental home community will be professionally managed and maintained on-site and will offer a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,475 square feet to 1,650 square feet. Homes will also offer two-car garages, enclosed backyards and smart home features. Amenities at the community will include a resort-style pool with a sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, a dog park, a pet-washing station, a game court and more.
