McKinney ISD to consider pay raise for employees among other items at April 28 meeting

The McKinney ISD board of trustees will meet April 28 at 7 p.m. to consider the district’s 2020-21 compensation plan. If approved, non-exempt eligible employees could expect a 5% midpoint pay increase, and exempt eligible employees could expect a 3% midpoint pay increase, according to meeting documents.

Other items the board will consider include:

• postponing the MISD special election to May 2021; and
• remodeling the Community Event Center warming kitchen to suite cooking and catering needs.
