Zalat Pizza is expected to open its newest location in McKinney this summer, a news release states.

The Texas-based company, which was founded in 2015, offers specialty pizzas and operates with late-night hours, the release states. According to its website, the restaurant’s menu includes pizzas such as:

  • Pepperoni Masterclass: All-beef pepperoni, oregano, black pepper and crushed garlic
  • Sweet Revenge: Bacon onion jam, housemade hot honey, mozzarella, salami, crushed red pepper and fresh basil
  • Loaded Bacon Notato: Bacon, cheddar, jalapenos, blue cheese ranch swirl with a pizza base that blends Sriracha hot sauce and ranch dressing
  • Pineapple Express: Bacon, pineapple, crushed red pepper, jalapenos and a teriyaki pizza base with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro
  • Pho Shizzle: Chicken, red bell peppers, caramelized onions, hoisin and Sriracha swirls, basil and cilantro
The McKinney location will be the company’s 31st location in Texas, joining locations in North Texas, Austin and Houston.
