Kimiya Japanese Cuisine is set to hold a soft opening Nov. 8 in McKinney, a business representative said.

The restaurant will serve sushi, hibachi, ramen and homestyle Japanese dishes, according to the business’s social media page. Kimiya Japanese Cuisine will be housed in a building that formerly housed diner and breakfast restaurant Denny’s.
