Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, initially slated to open in December, will likely open later this year in McKinney, a company representative said in an email.
The eatery’s breakfast menu features apple-cinnamon waffles, buttermilk pancakes, egg and cheese sandwich, and more. The lunch options will include portabella panini, Buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken Caesar salad and more.
The restaurant will serve breakfast all day and lunch after 10:30 a.m.
Keke’s Breakfast Cafe was founded in 2006, according to the website.
