The restaurant, which was founded in 2006, serves breakfast dishes such as omelets, pancakes, waffles and French toast. The eatery also offers a lunch menu featuring salads, sandwiches, paninis and wraps, according to its website. Other menu offerings include coffees, teas and mimosas.
The company has over 60 locations in four states, and 13 new locations are planned, including five in North Texas, according to its website. The new location is expected to generate between 40-50 jobs, according to a statement from a company representative.
