Cafe Brazil is set to debut a location in McKinney this summer, CEO and owner Lindsay Pultz confirmed.
The 24-hour McKinney restaurant will offer the same menu as the company’s five other North Texas locations, including all-day breakfast items and a bottomless coffee bar. Menu items include:
- Omelettes, crepes and breakfast plates
- Tacos and queasdillas
- Sandwiches, salads and soups
- Signature specials, such as the chicken, bacon and waffles
- Smoothies, coffee drinks and juices
- Seasonal specials
- Desserts
“Late-night coffee runs to our bottomless coffee bar to early morning breakfasts,” a Cafe Brazil Facebook post states. “That ‘Just one more cup’ energy. The vibes, the food, the memories you already know. And if you don’t... get ready.”
A Cafe Brazil location operated in McKinney from 2005 to 2012, when the eatery closed due to nearby highway construction and decreased traffic, Pultz said. The eatery will fill a space formerly occupied by Jungle Burger.
