The coffee shop will serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas and seasonal drinks, such as refreshers, as well as breakfast and snack items with gluten-free options. New Jersey-based Eggmania will open in its first Texas location in McKinney in early 2023. The restaurant, to be located at 8950 SH 121, Ste. 310, will serve egg delicacies from India.
