DATA: McKinney reports 67 new cases of COVID-19, 12 recoveries in past week

Editor’s note: This is the latest information reported by Collin County and the state of Texas through their public dashboards/websites available. As of July 30, the city of McKinney reported 67 new cases of COVID-19 between July 24-30, a 61-case decrease from the new case total the week before.

Among the ZIP codes for McKinney, 75069 has the greatest number of new confirmed cases, with 31, between July 24-30. That brings the total number of cases in that ZIP code to 375.

The second-highest number of new cases in the past week is in ZIP code 75071, which reported 24 cases between July 24-30. Over the past week, ZIP codes 75070 and 75072 reported seven and 11 new cases, respectively.

In McKinney, there have been 67 new cases of the novel coronavirus between July 24-30. This shows a slight decline in the number of new cases in recent weeks.
