Livewell Animal Hospital and GoGlow are confirmed future tenants of the Shoppes at Stonebridge, a retail development currently under construction in west McKinney, DuWest Senior Associate Doyle McAlpin said.
Livewell Animal Hospital offers veterinary services including wellness and prevention, pet vaccinations, x-rays, ultrasounds and more, the company’s website states. GoGlow is a sunless tanning franchise company that offers a variety of spray tanning packages, according to the company’s website.
Plunj, a Nordic style bathhouse featuring hot sauna and cold water plunge, and C3 Wellness Spa, a rejuvenation-focused company which offers massages, acupuncture and holistic therapies, are also confirmed future tenants. Additionally, Ugly Mug Coffee is a confirmed future tenant, McAlpin said.
The Shoppes at Stonebridge is an initiative of privately-held real estate firm Banyan Developers. Banyan Developers describes the project as a 20,500-square-foot upscale development, which is shadow-anchored by H-E-B.
