The restaurant serves authentic Chinese dishes with fresh ingredients, according to its website. Chen’s Kitchen sells a variety of appetizers and main dishes like egg rolls, dumplings, beef stir-fry and chow mein.

The hotel, which will span nearly 71,500 square feet, will have 137 rooms with a mix of rooms offering king-size beds and rooms offering double queen-size beds, General Manager Craig Barnett said. The hotel will also offer eight suite-style rooms. Planned amenities include European-inspired breakfast offerings, a lobby-level bar, a 24/7 sundries store, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
The business will offer classes that are a mixture of Pilates and yoga for a full-body workout, according to its website.
The restaurant will be located on the fifth floor of the AC Hotel McKinney and have its own separate entrance. The restaurant will be open for dinner service and the menu will feature elevated American fare with inspiration from Texas cuisine.
The shop will serve Yemeni coffee drinks and refreshers, owner Sam Alaqel said. The shop is opening in a 2,986-square-foot space along Ridgeline Drive, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The nonprofit organization is expected to move to a 62-acre site in Gray Branch Park later this year, where it will have room to expand farming and educational opportunities. A groundbreaking was held in May for the new farm, which will include a 200-tree orchard with peach and pear trees, a hydroponics greenhouse and a community center, McKinney Roots President Rick Wells said.
The business will offer a variety of massage therapies including Swedish massages, deep tissue massages, sports massages and more. Sessions will be available in 30-, 60-, 90- or 120-minute formats.
