2. Chipotle
The fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain offers custom bowls, salads and burritos, the website states. The restaurant, which is the fifth Chipotle in McKinney, features a Chipotlane—a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to pick up digital orders without leaving their cars.
The English-style pub serves a variety of foods and hosts live music events, according to its website. The restaurant’s menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and more. Lion and Crown also serves beer on tap and cocktails.
4. Trader Joe’s
The 9,593-square-foot store is located at the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Stonebridge Drive and sells store-branded basics, like eggs and cheese, along with produce, baked goods, frozen meals, and appetizers and packaged meats.
More than 40 local residents have been hired to work at the store, and Trader Joe's transferred 30 additional employees from other stores, a company release states.

The eatery’s menu includes sweet options such as cakes, tarts, pastries and donuts, as well as savory items like four cheese quiche and pepperoni pizzetta. Other menu items include salads, sandwiches and wraps, as well as hot, iced and frozen beverages.
The new studio, owned by franchisees and Allen residents Naomi and Alex Calle, will offer four signature classes with training that builds strength, control and mobility. Classes taught at the studio use the patented Aurum Reformer, a Pilates reformer machine that combines a reformer, jump board, ballet barre and Wunda chair, a news release states.
7. Potbelly
The sandwich shop offers a variety of toasted sandwiches as well as salads, soups, macaroni and cheese, milkshakes and more, according to the company's menu. The restaurant will be a tenant in the Eldorado Neighborhood Shops development, a project by Plano-based SLX Capital.

Ugly Mug Coffee House has rebranded its McKinney location to Muggzie’s Coffee House as of April 14, staff at the location confirmed. The shop offers a variety of drinks including coffee, tea, matcha and energy drinks as well as food items such as sandwiches, pastries, bagels and more.
