Tejas Burger Joint opened Oct. 29 at 214 W. Main St., Tomball. Owned by Michelle Holland and brothers Scott and Greg Moore, the burger restaurant offers several signature burgers, which are smoked for hours and finished on a flat-top grill, as well as traditional 6-ounce burgers cooked on a flat top.
