Mary’z Mediterranean Cuisine opened July 23 in the former location of Windy City Grill & Pizza, at 1500 Research Forest Drive, Ste. 100, Shenandoah. The eatery offers a variety of salads, sandwiches and flatbreads, including Mediterranean staples like falafels, kabobs, hummus and baklava. Mary’z Mediterranean Cuisine also serves coffee, wine and beer and provides hookah pipes for patrons to use.
