Aeropostale is liquidating its store at the Pearland Town Center at 11200 W. Broadway St., Ste. 310, Pearland. The retail chain is holding a 60 percent storewide sale. A closing date was not announced. The closure comes after a consortium of mall owners acquired Aeropostale Inc. in a $243.3 million bid, saving the company from going forward with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy it filed in May. www.aeropostale.com
