Wood Partners broke ground July 22 on Alta River Oaks, a new midrise project that will offer 364 multifamily units by the third or fourth quarter of 2020, according to a news release. Located at 3636 W. Dallas St., Houston, the community will feature high-end finishes and amenities, including a sky lounge, fitness center, conference center and resident bike storage. The project comes just weeks after Wood Partners broke ground on Alta West Alabama, 3623 W. Alabama St., a 304-unit community slated to be ready by the third quarter of 2020.
