Cafe Z at 25551 Kingsland Blvd., Bldg. C, Ste. 102, Katy, began hosting soft-opening events June 12. The restaurant serves American-Persian cuisine with sustainable, vegetarian and gluten-free menu items. Dishes include wraps, salads, burgers and kebabs. 832-913-8810. www.cafezkaty.com
