A Tex-Mex concept called Candente is coming to 4306 Yoakum Blvd., Houston, in mid-July, according to a news release. The name, which means “sizzling, red hot, passionate” comes from Sambrooks Management, the same group that owns The Pit Room barbecue restaurant.
