Wholesome Kitchen & Bar, located at 250 Assay St., Ste. 100-A, Houston, will open on June 6 in Redemption Square in the Generation Park community, according to a news release from Integrate Agency. The restaurant, along with its neighbor concept, Wholesome Pies, are the brainchild of Houston restaurateur Michael Collins.
