Cool Kat Party Warehouse plans an August opening at 1457 Spring Cypress Road, Spring. The store is located near the I-45 frontage road and is the second location for Cool Kat Party Supplies. The original store is located on Kuykendahl Road. The new store offers warehouse-style discount prices. The party supply store is expanding its offerings at its second location with a 20,000-square-foot warehouse featuring balloon decor and delivery, supplies for party catering, baking, themed events, a candy buffet, favors and seasonal items.
