The North Texas Performing Arts’ Plano Children’s Theatre announced Oct. 6 that it will relocate its theater and office from 1301 Custer Road, Plano, to The Shops at Willow Bend, 6121 W. Park Blvd., Plano, next spring. The move is part the mall’s $100 million redevelopment and expansion plan, which includes a new entry point and a collection of up to eight new restaurants.
