Sol’s Tex Mex & Tequila Bar, located at 119 W. Virginia St. in downtown McKinney, was renamed to El Mejor Mexican Kitchen + Cantina on Sept. 1. The name change also comes with new ownership. El Mejor now offers a tequila-centric cocktail menu and items made with fresh, local produce.
