Hops & Grain, an Austin-based brewery, plans to open a new brewing facility and tasting room at 110 E. MLK Drive, San Marcos by late 2017.
Hops & Grain, 110 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, will begin brewing by mid- or late September, owner Josh Hare said. The San Marcos facility will be the Austin-based company’s second brewery.
The new facility will feature a brewery and taproom serving beer, coffee, baked goods and snacks. The taproom will likely open by mid- or late October, Hare said.
To mark the opening of the new brewery, Hare said Hops & Grain is planning to introduce Haze County, an imperial India pale ale, which will be offered at the brewery and in cans at local retailers. www.hopsandgrain.com
