One Taco will open its second brick-and-mortar location Sept. 8 in the former Mighty Bird restaurant at 2900 W. Anderson Lane, Ste. 14, Austin. The Mexican taqueria and cerveceria serves tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Signature tacos include the al pastor and steak tacos.
