Euphora Health plans to open in Cedar Park on Oct. 1. The direct primary care office offers a monthly rate of $39-$89. Euphora Health offers primary care through face-to-face visits, text, phone and video conferencing without copays. Insurance is not necessary. Discounted labs, tests, imaging and prescriptions are also offered. The physician and medical assistant can speak Spanish.
