The Quincy, a new 30-story mixed-use tower being developed at 93 Red River St., Austin, by Endeavor Real Estate Group, broke ground in early March. The building will be located between Driskill and Davis streets, across the street from Container Bar. It will combine one floor of retail, 19 floors of residential units and three floors of office space, plus seven levels of above-ground parking.
