Fitness training center now open on Steck Avenue in North Austin

A group fitness training center called F45 held its grand opening March 10 at 3301 Steck Ave., Ste. 104, Austin, in the North Shoal Creek neighborhood. Franchise owner Cory Harrison said F45 North Shoal Creek offers group classes that focus on functional movements and high-intensity interval training.
