Prairie House Restaurant reopened Oct. 21 in Old Town Lewisville after undergoing renovations and a name change. It is located at 119 E. Main St., Lewisville. The restaurant, formerly known as J2 Steakhouse, has revamped its menu as well. The restaurant serves a variety of steaks, barbecue items and fish. 972-537-5547. www.phtexaslewisville.com
