A former automotive building in Old Town Lewisville will soon be home to a local nonprofit organization.
The city of Lewisville on Sept. 14 agreed to cover half of the cost—up to $40,000—of the facade improvements at 105 E. Main Street through an economic incentive grant.
The developer, DBNA Inc., plans to lease the building to Sparrow Collective, a Lewisville-based nonprofit, according to city documents.
The improvements to the facade will include installing new storefront windows and doors in a way that’s consistent with the guidelines for Old Town.
