The restaurant is located within Little India, a multiservice business that also features a grocery store and juice bar. Kakatiya Lounge and Kitchen's menu includes curry leaf chicken, spring rolls and more. The restaurant also features a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 90 people.

The restaurant offers appetizers ranging from edamame and agedashi tofu to stuffed jalapenos and Japanese fried chicken. Patrons can also order a variety of salads.
