Discover Strength offers trainer led 30-minute workouts in Lewisville

Discover Strength is now open at The Realm Castle Hills.

Discover Strength co-owner and CEO Adam Jenson said in an email this location was chosen for the studio after looking at several sites throughout the metroplex.

Discover Strength focuses on a streamlined format.
