Located off US 183 north of Hwy. 29, the Northfork neighborhood gets its name from being located directly south of the North Fork of the San Gabriel River.
A few homes in the neighborhood are completed, while many remain under construction either as spec houses or with the ability to be customized.
Each of the more than 40 homes in the Northfork neighborhood are being built on at least 1-acre lots. The neighborhood’s location provides access to shopping and dining destinations as well as outdoor activities.
