The city of Liberty Hill will host its Beat the Heat Grand Opening Party to celebrate the new Liberty Hill Swim Center. Put on by the city’s aquatic staff, the event will feature music, contests, treats, food trucks and special guest appearances.

June 3: Come see Old TownLeander’s annual family-friendly Old Town Street Festival will include live music all day as well as food vendors, drinks from wineries and breweries, and handcrafted creations by local and national artisans. The event will be headlined by Texas musician Dale Watson with an after-party featuring The Spazmatics.
June 8: Enjoy live musicThe Water Tower Kickstart event takes place once a month throughout the summer on select Thursday evenings with June being the first. Located downtown at the Water Tower Parking Lot, the event features live music, children’s activities, food and drinks. Other event dates are July 20 and Aug. 10.
June 10: See your favorite ‘Madagascar’ characters“Madagascar The Musical” will be making an appearance at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park. Attendees will get an opportunity to see “Madagascar” characters Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria as they grace the stage in this live musical. The musical will feature new songs written for the play, dance numbers and puppets.
