A new neighborhood began construction on the east side of Leander near Georgetown’s Garey Park.
The overview
Noven, a 37-acre development, will build 107 homes near Ronald Reagan Boulevard and CR 177, with sales expected to begin in September, according to a July 6 news release from builder Tri Pointe Homes.
“Noven reflects what many buyers are looking for today: space, privacy, thoughtful design, and a location that keeps them connected to everything they need,” Bryan Havel, division president of Tri Pointe Homes Austin, said in the release.
The details
The neighborhood, which was first announced in September 2025, is being developed in two phases. The first phase, which recently began construction, will include 48 homes on about 15 acres, while the second phase will add the remaining 59 homes on about 22 acres.
The development will host a grand opening in October, according to the release.
The homes will range in size from a little under 3,000 square feet to 4,400 square feet. Residences will have between 3.5-4.5 bedrooms, 2-3.5 bathrooms and a three-bay garage, according to the release.
“Leander continues to rank among the fastest-growing cities in America, driven by high-performing schools, a thriving business environment, and high quality of life attracting a diverse mix of residents,” Havel said. “Noven is designed to complement those strengths by creating an intimate community experience that delivers the premium home designs and personalization opportunities buyers associate with Tri Pointe Homes.”
Tri Pointe Homes has also built developments in Georgetown, Buda and Hutto.
