Vicecreme, 6550 Comanche Trail, Ste. 109, Austin, opened in mid-April in the Oasis, Texas shopping center. Owned and founded by local brother-sister duo Gina Galvan and Michael Limongelli, the shop will offer vegan and dairy-free frozen desserts, including six flavors of scoopable ice cream as well as chocolate/vanilla twist and banana soft-serve ice cream. The products are coconut milk- or soy-based, and marshmallow, fudge, creme-filled sandwich cookies and granola toppings are also available. Vicecreme will offer individual scoops of ice cream and an ice cream flight that includes six scoops. The shop will be open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily. 512-531-9811.
