Vaqueros, 1801 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., Austin, will open in April at the former site of Tres Amigos Restaurant and Cantina, which closed October 2015. Owned by Steiner Ranch Steakhouse entrepreneurs, the eatery will offer southwestern or Mexican fare.
