Travis County Water control and Improvement District No. 17 opened its Mansfield Dam Water Treatment Facility, 4506 N. RR 620, Austin, Jan. 28. The new water treatment plant complements the current Eck Lane Water Treatment Plant and will allow for long-term continued growth of the population served by WCID 17.
