Java Dive Organic Café opened Aug. 25 at the Hill Country Galleria at 12800 Galleria Circle, Ste. 101, Bee Cave. The coffee café, which was originally announced as a PopRock Austin Pop-Up Restaurant concept, offers fair-trade organic coffee smoothies, and breakfast and lunch options. "The café prides itself on offering food that is prepared and baked daily and made with organic, nonprocessed ingredients of the highest quality," according to a press release by the Hill Country Galleria.
