The owners of Gumbo’s North will open a new restaurant concept in December at The Oasis shopping center, 6612 Comanche Trail, Austin. Gumbo’s is known for its Creole/Cajun restaurant in the New Orleans style and its menu includes Oysters Rockefeller, varieties of gumbo and etoufee, escargot, blackened entrees, salmon, steak, chicken and pasta as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. Dessert offerings include a New Orleans-style custard.
