Modern Market, 3201 Bee Caves Road, Ste. 144, Austin, opened around May 12 in the West Woods Shopping Center. The Boulder, Colorado-based restaurant chain features fresh salads, toasted sandwiches, brick oven pizzas, homemade soups, tofu dishes and meat plates. The eatery offers foods for specialty diets, such as vegan, celiac, paleo, raw, and low- or high-carbohydrate.
