Lake Travis Fire Rescue, 15304 Pheasant Lane, Lakeway, received the 2016 Wildfire Mitigation Innovation Award March 9. Lt. Adam Griggs accepted the award that recognizes outstanding service in wildfire preparedness, safety and increases in public awareness of wildfire mitigation programs.
