Hudson’s on the Bend, which closed in early 2017 after briefly opening in the fall of 2016, is set to open under new ownership as Hudson’s Hill Country this spring. A new ownership group, including local restaurateur Eric Leonard, purchased the restaurant located at 3509 S. RM 620, Austin, in December.
