Hill Country Cakery, 2127 Lohmans Crossing, Ste. 310, Lakeway, will open in August in the Lakeway Town Center. The space, recently vacated by Sweet and adjacent to Flores Mexican Restaurant, will be the first brick-and-mortar location for the bakery, with owner Tammy Waxler serving the Lake Travis community for about six years.
