Gumbo’s on the Lake, 6550 Comanche Trail, Ste. B101, Austin, will open during the second week in April, in the Oasis, Texas shopping center. Owned by the same founders of Gumbos North, the restaurant serves Cajun fare such as Oysters Rockefeller, escargot, steak, crawfish etouffee, seafood gumbo, lobster tail, blackened meats and seafood, salads, desserts, vegetarian foods and gluten-free options.
