The Ginger Man, 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Ste. T-120, Bee Cave, will open this fall in the Hill Country Galleria. With venues in downtown Austin, Houston, Dallas, Connecticut and New York City, the pub focuses on specialty beers from around the world and will continue this concept in its new location.
