Gluten-free bread added to eatery's menu
Blue Dahlia Bistro, the West Lake Hills restaurant which opened in 2012, is a French-inspired bistro that came to be after co-owner Amy Ramiriez traveled through Europe as both a stewardess and model.
The West Lake Hills location was opened because a large number of customers at the East Austin location, which opened in 2007, were from the Westlake area, Ramirez said.
Blue Dahlia Bistro recently introduced gluten-free options to help cater to a larger customer base. The restaurant began offering gluten-free breads made by Wild Wood Bakehouse at both the East Austin and Westlake locations.
