Hotel Granduca Austin, 320 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., Bldg. B, Austin, celebrated its first anniversary Nov. 4. The 194-room hotel was developed by Giorgio Borlenghi on 38 acres at the corner of Bee Caves Road and Loop 360. It includes the Visconti Ristorante & Bar Italian restaurant as well as a billiard room, saltwater pool, sauna, fitness center and massage rooms.
