A new two-story building over a parking garage is planned for 4609 Bee Caves Road. West Lake Hills City Council approved an amended site plan and new building permit for the project at the Feb. 27 meeting. The site plan was approved in May 2015, and the applicant’s amendment included a permit for an office building, a staff report said. Site work for the project, such as parking and drainage, has already been completed, and the amendment provides for additional handicapped parking around the proposed building, the report said. A total of 141 parkings spaces will be at the site. The proposed building is 32,717 square feet, and the height is about 47 feet. The building plans submitted were for the exterior shell only. Interior tenant finish-out will be submitted separately at a later time.
