Briarcliff residents are voting for three village alderman positions. Four candidates are shown on the ballot: Jeff T. Elliott Bobbi Bowles Jo Ann Richmond Hal Caldwell River Place voters will decide to accept or reject creation of a limited district after annexation by the city of Austin last December. Community Impact Newspaper will be posting local election results as soon as available after polls close at 7 p.m. tonight.
