Lakeway Smiles, now Austin Cosmetic, relocated from Lakeway to downtown Austin. Dr. Tejas Patel operated his practice in Lakeway for more than 12 years. A few years ago he opened a downtown Austin location and was splitting his time between both offices. He said due to high demand of the downtown location, he decided to permanently close the Lakeway office at 1213 S RR 620 and relocate to downtown full time.
